Testimonials

In their own words

"My mother had been asking me to help sort through her papers for a long time and I never knew where to start. Siriporn came to her home and within three hours everything was labelled and in order. Mum cried a little at the end — I think she felt a weight lift. I cannot thank Trustglen enough."

"The Values & Memory Workshop was genuinely moving. I went in expecting something bureaucratic, but it was warm and personal. The prompts helped me articulate things I had never quite put into words. The journal is now one of my most valued possessions."

"Very professional and calm. I appreciated that they were upfront about not offering legal advice — I had expected more of a sales pitch for additional services but there was none. The folder system is exactly what my husband and I needed. We have already told two friends about Trustglen."

"As the director of a small cultural preservation group in Songkhla, I was concerned our records were at risk — physically disorganised and with no clear handover plan for when staff change. The Community Stewardship Advisory gave us a practical roadmap we could actually follow. The report is thorough but readable."

"I did the session together with my father and my eldest son — three generations in one afternoon. Praewa was excellent at keeping the atmosphere light and making sure my father felt in control the whole time. We found documents none of us knew existed. It was actually a lovely day."

"I was sceptical at first — I thought I could just buy some folders and sort things myself. But what Trustglen brought was a framework I would not have thought of on my own, and the presence of someone calm and knowledgeable made a difference. Worth the price for peace of mind alone."

Case Studies

Detailed client journeys

Case Study 01 — Family Estate Organisation

Bringing thirty years of records into order

The Situation

A retired couple in Hat Yai held thirty years of documents — property deeds, insurance policies, bank records, and vehicle papers — across four different boxes with no clear system. Their adult children lived in Bangkok and were worried about what would happen if access was suddenly needed.

What We Did

A Trustglen guide visited the family home over two afternoons. Together, we sorted, labelled, and organised every document into a colour-coded folder system with a master index. We also provided a two-page summary of what existed and where each category of document could be found.

The Outcome

The family reported that their children felt significantly more at ease after receiving a copy of the index. The couple said the process had taken a conversation they had been avoiding for years off their list. Both sessions ran slightly over time — no extra charge was made.

"We kept telling ourselves we would get to it. Now it's done and I don't know why we waited so long." — Client, Hat Yai, June 2025

Case Study 02 — Values & Memory Workshop

A grandmother's wish to leave something meaningful

The Situation

A 72-year-old woman in Songkhla wanted to record her values, life lessons, and wishes for her grandchildren. She had tried to write things down independently but found a blank page daunting. Her daughter suggested she try the Values & Memory Workshop.

What We Did

Praewa facilitated a private workshop over a morning, using the guided prompt sequence to help the client move through different areas of her life and her hopes for the future. The client took the journal home and returned three weeks later for a brief follow-up session to complete the final pages.

The Outcome

The completed journal now sits on a bookshelf in the client's home, with a handwritten instruction that it is to be read aloud at the first family gathering after her passing. The client said completing it felt like "putting something important into the right hands before the time comes."

"Praewa was so patient. She never rushed me. I ended up saying things I had never said out loud before." — Client, Songkhla, May 2025

Case Study 03 — Community Stewardship Advisory

A heritage society's records at risk of being lost

The Situation

A small historical society in Songkhla held forty years of meeting minutes, photographs, and correspondence. These records were stored across three different locations, with no digital backup, no index, and no handover procedure for when long-standing committee members stepped down.

What We Did

Nattapong conducted a half-day site visit, meeting with three committee members and reviewing the physical and digital storage situation. A written recommendations report was delivered within eight business days, covering consolidation, indexing, a scanning programme, and a simple handover protocol.

The Outcome

The society adopted four of the six recommendations within two months. They have since begun a volunteer-led scanning programme for the most significant historical materials, and a newly appointed secretary used the handover protocol for the first time in May 2025 with no complications.

"The report was clear and doable. No jargon. Nattapong understood exactly what we needed and what our limitations were." — Director, Songkhla Historical Society, May 2025
